SKL Shipping & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. was founded in February 2012 in Mumbai, India, with a vision to provide seamless freight forwarding and logistics solutions across global markets.

In 2023, SKL expanded its presence into East Africa through the establishment of SKL Uganda, strengthening its global footprint and regional capabilities.
